Sharing Guidelines


How you share

Type a short story or quote about the honesty of your food thoughts and/or actions. 

This is YOUR actions and thoughts. Confessions of others's stories is gossip, and that just makes us crazier.  

General Guidelines
  • Include some degree of humor
    • Even if it's a small lol at yourself  
  • No making fun of fat chicks! (or anyone in general)
  • Confessions of your actions-not others
  • No hopelessness
    • Struggling? Ask for help; someone may give you a helpful resource
    • include what you've learned, how you've changed/ or want to change as a the story conclusion

This can include but is not limited to: 
  • Crazy weight loss diets  
  • Compulsive eating/ Over eating/ Binge eating
  • Side effects of dieting and over eating  
  • Stealing, lying, cheating, manipulating 
  • Food service experiences
  • Baking and cooking 
  • Embarrassing post-eating bodily functions 
  • Rationalizing thoughts 
  • Controlling others food choices 
  • Food Anxiety 
  • Caught in the act stories 
  • Beliefs and values of food 
  • Emotional State: Anger, Sadness, Confusion, Happiness, or my favorite state of being - PMS   (sarcasm) 
  • Food Art
